Terms of delivery Netherlands (order before 3PM, next day delivery)
For order with delivery address the Netherlands: If the order is received by us before 3 p.m., we will ship the order the same day so deliver the next day.
For other countries: If the order is received by us before 3 p.m., we will ship the order the same day. Then the shipping time depends on the country we ship to.

Depending on the size of the order, we meticulously pack all items in sturdy carton boxes. Our commitment to sustainability means we refrain from using plastic filling materials; instead, we exclusively utilize carton.

Once you've added items to your cart and entered your shipping address, the system will calculate and display the applicable shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Hygiene products are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery or the packaging has been opened. These include, for example, condoms, lubricant or massage products, erotic toys/toys, STD tests. Specially tailored products (such as packaging with your own printing) cannot be returned. Because of we do not seal our products we can not take consumer right of withdrawal products back in our assortment, it a hygiene risk. For our warranty we have a term of 2 years.
