What is your return policy?
Hygiene products are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery or the packaging has been opened. These include, for example, condoms, lubricant or massage products, erotic toys/toys, STD tests. Specially tailored products (such as packaging with your own printing) cannot be returned.
